Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) for hotel's reviews in Viet Nam

This repository contains a comprehensive Hotel Recommender System developed using Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA). The project aims to provide insightful hotel recommendations based on customer feedback, identifying hotel-specific strengths and actionable areas for improvement.

A machine learning pipeline for predicting hotel review scores (room, service, food) using transformer-based embeddings and ABSA (Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis) features.

Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) can identify specifics to what guests are most unsatisfied with for a given hotel. "Room Amenities" are broken down into "air-conditioning" or "wifi", giving targeted improvement feedback.
