The proposed idea is to create a health care chabot system using Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can diagnose the disease and provide basic details about the disease before consulting a doctor. The system provides text (or) voice assistance that means user can use own convenient language. Bot will provides which type of disease you have based on user symptoms and appeared doctor details respective to user disease. The Chabot will clarify the users symptoms with serious of questions and the symptom confirmation will be done. The disease will be categorized as minor and major disease. Chatbot will reply whether it is a major or minor disease. If it is a major disease user will be suggested with the doctor details and analagesics for further treatment and also provides food suggestion that means which type of food you have to take. The user can achieve the real benefit of a chatbot only when it can diagnose all kind of disease and provide necessary information. A text-to-text diagnosis bot engages patients in conversation about their medical issues and provides a personalized diagnosis based on their symptoms. Hence, people will have an idea about their health and have the right protection.

Visual impairment entails significant challenges for persons to perform their daily activities and could ultimately reduce the quality of life. A realistic perception of the environment is important for persons with visual impairments to provide an intuitive awareness of the physical surrounding for protection against hazards and to facilitate social inclusion. These group of people require continuous assistance in real time during their movement to and fro. Researchers and scientists have been trying to develop automatic navigation systems to assist those people in the activities of their daily living [1]. The proposed project proposes an indoor navigation system for persons with visual impairment using computer vision and machine learning. Here, an intelligent decision support system (DSS) based on artificial intelligence i.e. machine learning will be developed to reliably sense the environment by using cameras, translate the information, navigate and suggest personalized decisions to persons with visual impairments. The goal of this project is to develop a standalone navigation system using FPGA/raspberry pi board and Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms which can be used for visually impaired people. The proposed solution is designed for indoor use only (house, office, etc.). It provides the visually impaired person the ability to navigate without any other hardware assistance. In the project, one camera will be used for streaming surrounding environment and the FPGA/ raspberry pi system will able to help for navigation in the environment. There are several methods to perform this kind of tasks such as image GPS, image and so on [2, 3]. In this project the aim is to use image processing-based navigation system and navigation command can be either text or voice or any other format. For example, there is an obstacle after 5 meters ahead, or there is a cat 3 meter in left etc. The system should have one or more AI algorithms.
The main aim of the project proposal is to develop different modules involved in a humanoid that can navigate autonomously in a specific environment. Furthermore, the humanoid should be able to converse with patients/elderly in their native language and carry out limited electro-mechanical activities. The main idea is to attain an off-the-shelf (ready-made) humanoid and develop independent modules such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) interfaced to Chabot, Text to Speech synthesis (TTS), Sound source localization (SSL), computer vision, artificial intelligence (AI), and necessary computer networking, and security applications. Though the proposed application targets health care and the aging population, it can easily extend the applications to other areas. The proposed work can be broadly categorized as hardware and software stack. The idea is to maintain common hardware and make the necessary changes to the software stack to meet different objectives. This type of architecture enables the building of different applications with easy customizations rapidly. For Spoken Conversation humanoids who can guide the elderly, assist and look after them, assistive robots can be perceived in two main ways: tools or partners. Considering the past and latest research, assistive humanoids that are invented to provide physical assistance for the purpose of the elderly people are often invented in the context of a tool analogy. The orientation of conversational robots to hide their interlocutors is essential for natural and efficient Human-Robot Interaction (HRI).Knowing the origin of the sound source is a very important skill for a robot because this skill plays an important role during the interaction, for instance, in calling a person over, or assisting them while they do their work, etc. This assistive humanoid can detect the direction of a user, and orient itself towards him/her, in a complex auditive environment, using only voice and a 4-microphone system. This functionality is integrated within Spoken Human Robot Interaction using dialogue modules and theoretical architecture.
