A simple boilerplate project for building Node.js applications with TypeScript, Express, ESLint, Airbnb coding style, Nodemon for development, and Docker with Docker Compose for containerization.

The report is built from third party scraped data in a csv format. It includes Airbnb listings data which consists of price, listing id, ratings, longitude, latitude etc. The map is composed of geojson data on neighborhood with color coding based on average price of the listing. It also includes a clustered layer of listings with listing price.
