An attendance system which generates QR codes dynamically every 'n' seconds to keep the attendance taking secure. This system also has proxy detection module and like every automated system makes the process fast. The College Management System is a web-based application developed using Spring Boot and Java to automate and manage the administrative and academic operations of a college. It provides a centralized platform to handle student records, faculty details, courses, attendance, examinations, and fee management efficiently.

The face of a human is crucial for conveying identity. Computer scientists, Neuro scientists, and psychologists, all exploits this human feature using image processing techniques for commercial, and law enforcement applications. Likewise, this feature can be invited into classrooms to maintain records of students’ attendance. Con- temporary traditional way of recording attendance involves human intervention and requires cooperation of the students which is hectic and contribute towards waste of class time. An automated real-time classroom attendance system detects students from still image or video frame coming from a digital camera, and marks his/her attendance by recognizing them. The system utilizes Viola–Jones object detection framework which is capable of processing images extremely rapidly with high detec- tion rates. In the next stage, the detected face in the image is recognized using Local Binary Patterns Histogram.

Project name : College Management Portal Description : Developed CMS for college which manages the college smartly. Technology used : MySQL, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap College Management System deals with all kind of student details, academic related reports, college details, course details, curriculum, batch details and other resource related details too. It tracks all the details of a student from the day one to the end of his course which can be used for all reporting purpose, tracking of attendance, progress in the course, completed semesters years, coming semester year curriculum details, exam details, project or any other assignment details, final exam result; and all these will be available for future references too.Our program will have the databases of Courses offered by the college under all levels of graduation or main streams, teacher or faculty's details, batch execution details, students' details in all aspects.This program can facilitate us explore all the activities happening in the college, even we can get to know which teacher / faculty is assigned to which batch, the current status of a batch, attendance percentage of a batch and upcoming requirements of a batch. Different reports and Queries can be generated based of vast options related to students, batch, course, teacher / faculty, exams, semesters, certification and even for the entire college. The College management system is an automated version of manual Student Management System. It can handle all details about a student. The details include college details, subject details, student personnel details, academic details, exam details etc... In case of manual system they need a lot of time, manpower etc.Here almost all work is computerized. So the accuracy is maintained. Maintaining backup is very easy. It can do with in a few minutes. Our system has two type of accessing modes, administrator and user. Student management system is managed by an administrator. It is the job of the administrator to insert update and monitor the whole process. When a user log in to the system. He would only view details of the student. He can't perform any changes .

Facial recognition could soon jump from your smartphone to your workplace with employers using it to mark attendance and gauge the mood of the workforce.Every day, corporate offices and institutes are working to increase the productive working hours in a day. When the current system of clocking in daily using a fingerprint scanner is a time-consuming and inefficient use of time. I have planned to design a Voice Interactive Face Detection Based Smart Attendance management and behavior analysis to ensure a better work culture and environment,efficiency in a secure manner using Intel dev cloud. Currently, we have fingerprint and Smart-card Based entries in nearly all offices and a few schools and colleges. These system then automates the calculation of salary or attendance percentage.But fingerprint scanning and smart card barcode entries tend to take up time and prove to also be imperfect. In contrast, Face Recognition method provides a unique feature for every individual which is stored in a central database and can be retrieved during recognition and validation. The system includes an embedded application deployed in a SCB( Single Board Computer) which can interact with the users in real time. It will take down in and out time of every employee and monitor their working behavior(future scope) and notify the corresponding employee and the authority at times. We are aiming to analyze people's behavior,mood and emotions by monitoring and studying their actions in real time which in turn will help the organization know about the physical and mental status of the employees. This process of direct integration of physical world into computer vision based systems will indeed result in efficiency improvements, economic benefits and reduced human exertions. As of now I have developed a basic voice interactive attendance monitoring using Jupyter Notebook on Intel dev cloud. The in and out time (including mid in and out) will be monitored in Google spreadsheet and the system will calculate how many hours an employee has spent in office premises. The system won’t allow employees to step into the office after a certain time and won’t consider the attendance if the total hours spent is less than four hours. Everyday a mail will be sent to the admin containing the attendance details of the employees. In future, I would like to implement behavior and mood analysis of the employees and the staff on the office premises which in turn will help the concerned staff provide with solutions to get over the listless mood or erratic behavior.
