这是一个用来打红点角标的项目，参考了其他的一些角标项目比如 https://github.com/jgilfelt/android-viewbadger ，为了适应自己的项目简单的打角标需求而写，直接再控件上画得方法而不用增加布局层次，这样可以在某些情况下更好的使用，目前还不能再角标中显示数字
