FFMediaToolkit is a cross-platform video decoder/encoder library for .NET that uses FFmpeg native libraries. It supports video frames extraction, reading stream metadata and creating videos from bitmaps in any format supported by FFmpeg.

.NET + FFMPEG. Creates Video filter.You only need to create a bitmap converter. Loses frames and the last few seconds. No audio is transcoded. Uses Splicer, FFmediaToolKit, MediaToolKit. currently impractical. Was my CS50 Capstone project.
