An end-to-end generative pipeline for webtoon character face transformation and name replacement. This project combines CLIP, VGG19, JoJoGAN, facial-landmark-based face swap, U-Net/PatchGAN inpainting, and OCR to replace a target character’s face and text while maintaining visual consistency with the original webtoon style.
