Extension of the Virtual Lab framework (Swanson et al., Nature 2025) enabling autonomous nanobody humanization. Integrates HuDiff-Nb diffusion-based humanization, AbNatiV dual humanness/nativeness scoring and binding prediction through LLM-orchestrated tool execution.
