A powershell script to create WMI Event subscription persistence

Read-only enumeration of permanent WMI event subscriptions in root\subscription — filters, consumers, bindings, and orphan detection — with timestamped JSON export for baseline diffing. Part of the Sojourner Protection Platform (SPP) module suite.
