The organisation has a large dataset relating to its customers, but their team is unsure how to effectively analyse it to help optimise its marketing strategy. This was a case study where Sprocket Central Ply was a client and I was part of the KPMG virtual experience program and was assigned to check the quality of the dataset and provide recommendations for data entering. Also, the aim of the program was to analyze the dataset in order to build a dashboard and recommend the suggestions.
