The error reduction in motion is done through pid tuning of the bot. The bot moves to the table position which is fixed and delivers the food.

If on a particular road, both these sensors are detected to be high, that means the density of vehicles is maximum and traffic has reached it’s limit. When density is detected it sends a triggered output to Arduino Mega (ATmega 2560) which is the heart of the project. Then Arduino analyses the number of such triggered outputs from the set of sensors placed in the different roads at the junction and which road is to be given the highest priority and correspondingly triggers the different LED lights in the signals in order to felicitate the vehicle movement with the longest time delay for the corresponding lane. The time delay in the traffic signal is set based on the density of vehicles on the roads Thus, that road will be given a green signal. Priorities are assigned in this manner and according to them the assigned roads will open. For emergency vehicle detection sound sensor is used at each lane to detect the sound of the siren so that such vehicles are given priority and they don’t need to wait. When siren sound is detected an emergency light is turned ON indicating the presence of emergency in that particular lane and along with emergency light, the control signal turns on the green light for that lane, turning all the signals of other lanes to be red providing an emergency override. The sound sensor is given a higher priority than the IR sensor.

The system in the project works by taking input values from capacitor as a sensor. The capacitor is placed inside the tank and as the liquid level rises or decreases, the input values from the capacitor change. By calibrating according to user needs, we can set a LOW level, a MID level and a HIGH level. When the level reaches LOW or empty initially, the pump in the main tank will start up and the liquid will flow into the previous tank. User can give input using a switch to decide if he/she wants the tank to be half-full (MID). By default the pump will turn off once the level is HIGH. At some point if user wishes to turn this cycle off, there is a switch which can turn the entire system off. In case of system failure because of faulty components, if the liquid level goes above HIGH, a buzzer will go off as an alarm to the user. For better visual indication, a LED will give respective colors to indicate different levels. Red for LOW, Green for MID and Blue for HIGH. This system can work with any type of liquid as it works on the concept of dielectric medium.
Traffic signals are used to control the flow of vehicles. In the recent years, the need of transportation has gain immense importance for logistics as well as for common human. This has given rise to the number of vehicles on the road. Due to this reason, traffic jams and road accidents are a common sight in any busy city. Traffic Signals provide an easy, cheap, automatic and justified solution to the road points where the vehicles may turn to other directions e.g. roundabouts, culverts, busy walk through etc. The project we have chosen is an 4-way traffic controller. The basic idea behind the design is to avoid the collision of vehicles by providing appropriate signals to different directions for a limited time slot, after which the next waiting drivers will be given same treatment. In this way a cycle will be established which will control the traffic. The control signals are 3-lights. Top light is Red(Stop), Middle light is Yellow(Wait) Bottom light is Green(Go). We used 89C51 microcontroller for this operation. In this project, we connect 4 7-seg LED display at port 2 of microcontroller and these are controlled by port 0. At port 0 we use pull up transistor. Port 1 & Port 3 of microcontroller are used for signal indication.

It was meant to mimic the human visual system, as a stepping stone to endowing robots with intelligent behavior.[11] In 1966, it was believed that this could be achieved through a summer project, by attaching a camera to a computer and having it "describe what it saw".[12][13] What distinguished computer vision from the prevalent field of digital image processing at that time was a desire to extract three-dimensional structure from images with the goal of achieving full scene understanding. Studies in the 1970s formed the early foundations for many of the computer vision algorithms that exist today, including extraction of edges from images, labeling of lines, non-polyhedral and polyhedral modeling, representation of objects as interconnections of smaller structures, optical flow, and motion estimation.[11] The next decade saw studies based on more rigorous mathematical analysis and quantitative aspects of computer vision. These include the concept of scale-space, the inference of shape from various cues such as shading, texture and focus, and contour models known as snakes.
