Rust port of NVIDIA NeMo Text Processing for Inverse Text Normalization

This project is a voice-bot application that leverages advanced speech-to-text and NL processing capabilities. It utilises Google's Speech-to-Text API for transcribing audio input and provides responses using either a PEFT (Parameter Efficient Fine-Tuning) model or a NeMo (NVIDIA's NeMo toolkit) LLM model, based on the user's configuration.

The Mistral-Nemo-12b model has been fine-tuned for text generation tasks. This fine-tuning was performed using the Unsloth optimization framework, which significantly accelerates the training process, achieving a 2x faster fine-tuning time compared to conventional methods.
