A web-based segmentation tool that utilizes Artificial Intelligence & Deep Learning to successfully segments cancer cells, lymph nodes and healthy cells through breast cancer images. The algorithm achieved a good overall performance with a total detection rate of 96.9% for enlarged lymph nodes and cancer cells during fourfold cross-validation in the training dataset with 10.3 false-positives per volume and of 79.9% in the unseen testing dataset.
