OpenLegislation is a web service that delivers legislative information from the New York State Senate and Assembly to the public in near-real time. It is used internally to serve up legislative data for nysenate.gov and the Bluebird-CRM.

This platform processes XML documents into fully indexed and preserialized SOLR documents which are then made available through a configurable RESTful API

A service that creates digests of bill comments from the Senate's OpenLegislation service, and allows Senators and their staff to sign up to receive these digests.
