I developed a predictive Logistic Regression algorithm in Python using a Work Absenteeism dataset and at the same time integrating it with SQL and Tableau to make visualizations of the predictions and see the relationships of the variables. I will soon post a Medium of the problem analysis.

It includes preprocessing of the Employee dataset using Python queries in Jupyter Notebook and applying Logistic Regression algorithm to predict Excessive Absenteeism of Employees.The regression model is saved and used to make predictions on new data.
