ROLLCALL an automatic and smart attendance marking and management system which uses Microsoft Azure’s Cognitive service at its core to create a system that could make sure that no human intervention is required and provides government the ability to monitor the attendance of the schools and helps the government officials in mark fake schools.

Project name : College Management Portal Description : Developed CMS for college which manages the college smartly. Technology used : MySQL, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap College Management System deals with all kind of student details, academic related reports, college details, course details, curriculum, batch details and other resource related details too. It tracks all the details of a student from the day one to the end of his course which can be used for all reporting purpose, tracking of attendance, progress in the course, completed semesters years, coming semester year curriculum details, exam details, project or any other assignment details, final exam result; and all these will be available for future references too.Our program will have the databases of Courses offered by the college under all levels of graduation or main streams, teacher or faculty's details, batch execution details, students' details in all aspects.This program can facilitate us explore all the activities happening in the college, even we can get to know which teacher / faculty is assigned to which batch, the current status of a batch, attendance percentage of a batch and upcoming requirements of a batch. Different reports and Queries can be generated based of vast options related to students, batch, course, teacher / faculty, exams, semesters, certification and even for the entire college. The College management system is an automated version of manual Student Management System. It can handle all details about a student. The details include college details, subject details, student personnel details, academic details, exam details etc... In case of manual system they need a lot of time, manpower etc.Here almost all work is computerized. So the accuracy is maintained. Maintaining backup is very easy. It can do with in a few minutes. Our system has two type of accessing modes, administrator and user. Student management system is managed by an administrator. It is the job of the administrator to insert update and monitor the whole process. When a user log in to the system. He would only view details of the student. He can't perform any changes .

I have planned to design a Voice Interactive Face Detection Based Smart Attendance management and behavior analysis to ensure a better work culture and environment,efficiency in a secure manner using Intel dev cloud. Currently, we have fingerprint and Smart-card Based entries in nearly all offices and a few schools and colleges. These system then automates the calculation of salary or attendance percentage.But fingerprint scanning and smart card barcode entries tend to take up time and prove to also be imperfect. In contrast, Face Recognition method provides a unique feature for every individual which is stored in a central database and can be retrieved during recognition and validation. The system includes an embedded application deployed in a SCB( Single Board Computer) which can interact with the users in real time. It will take down in and out time of every employee and monitor their working behavior(future scope) and notify the corresponding employee and the authority at times. We are aiming to analyze people's behavior,mood and emotions by monitoring and studying their actions in real time which in turn will help the organization know about the physical and mental status of the employees. This process of direct integration of physical world into computer vision based systems will indeed result in efficiency improvements, economic benefits and reduced human exertions. As of now I have developed a basic voice interactive attendance monitoring using Jupyter Notebook on Intel dev cloud. The in and out time (including mid in and out) will be monitored in Google spreadsheet and the system will calculate how many hours an employee has spent in office premises. The system won’t allow employees to step into the office after a certain time and won’t consider the attendance if the total hours spent is less than four hours. Everyday a mail will be sent to the admin containing the attendance details of the employees. In future, I would like to implement behavior and mood analysis of the employees and the staff on the office premises which in turn will help the concerned staff provide with solutions to get over the listless mood or erratic behavior.

My idea is to create a platform based completely based on Blockchain Technology that can solve the following four major issues related to the digitalization of Education : Attendance and Assignment Management: Creating a system where the attendance of the student and teacher is recorded based on a condition. This condition can be time-dependent. The assignments can be submitted on the block by the students through a personal account. Identity Concern: While signing up for any application there is a need to fill up some of your crucial personal details. With a system on blockchain technology, we can allow for lockers that carry your digital identity and can be used for signing in for various applications without sharing your personal details. Certificate Management and Verification: Schools and students can manage their certificates and important documents on the block and can have full access over it’s display to any person or organization. Moreover, Academic credentials must be universally recognized and verifiable. Specific skill assertions can be verified and communicated with a digital badge. Libraries: Since Blockchain networks are managed by the people who are part of the network, books that are actually important and relevant to a particular network can be added so that library systems become more meaningful. For the solution of the said problem, I will be adopting Blockchain Technology because at present nothing can be better than this Blockchain Technology when it comes to security and privacy. Methodologies for implementing various solutions discussed are as follows : Attendance and Assignment Management: For managing attendance smart contracts can be coded which automatically updates the attendance of both student as well as teacher based on a time condition which for instance can be, attendance is recorded when a student has attended 30 minutes of class. Each student submits his/her work to the learning platform through his/her unique account, the smart contract running on it will review the student’s performance, and the results will be recorded into blocks. Identity Concern: The identity can be issued by the institution to students, who are the claim holder. This is a digital representation of their identity. The school/college uses keys linked to their decentralized identifier on the blockchain to sign the claim so that it is tamper-evident and anyone who gets it can validate that it was issued by an authorized organization. Students have a wallet to hold their claims and can use keys linked to a decentralized identifier that students control the blockchain to countersign the digital identity. When some application or platform needs to see that the student belongs to the organization, you can present the digital identity and the platform/application can verify that it hasn’t been changed, that the school/college issued it to the student, and the student is the one presenting it. Everyone can use the blockchain to lookup decentralized identifiers and retrieve any associated public keys. Certificate Management and Verification: DLT solutions could streamline verification procedures and reduce fraudulent claims of unearned educational credits. Also, students can upload claims with a link to verification, and teachers can verify that claim. Libraries: Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) could help libraries expand their services by building an enhanced metadata archive, developing a protocol for supporting community-based collections, and facilitating more effective management of digital rights.
