PowerShell script to audit Azure VM vCPU quota usage across all subscriptions in a tenant. Generates an interactive HTML report with tenant-wide aggregated SKU usage, expandable subscription breakdowns, colour-coded progress bars, and high-usage alerts (80%+). Supports device code auth and filters to compute-related quotas only.
