This repository contains my code for the "Crop Yield Prediction Using Deep Neural Networks" paper.

This project ultilizes the Crop Yield Prediction Dataset to predict crop yields of the 10 most consumed crops in the world. Deep learning models such as CNN, DNN and RNN are built, tuned and compared for performance.

Built a web platform to assist farmers with crop yield prediction, crop recommendation, rainfall lookup, and fertilizer suggestions. Features a Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend with ML models (Random Forest, Linear Regression, PyTorch DNN). Utilizes scikit-learn, CSV data, and a rule-based approach. Deployed on free hosting platforms.
