The purpose of this project is to assign categorical traits to patient doctor's notes using the S-BlueBERT language model which can be mapped back to genetic mutations seen in the patient data. Allowing for the wider classification of mutational effects.

A hybrid approach to COVID-19 mortality prediction combining Random Forest and BlueBERT models. Analyzes both clinical metrics and medical text from 10,000 patient records, achieving 94.4% accuracy. Identifies key risk factors through combined analysis of structured and unstructured medical data.
