Extending [Fpath] to use alongside [Sexplib0] and/or [Base]

Adding a few functions to Fpath to use alongside Base

An extended Ariadne Repository (java version 6). It extends Ariadne repository with selective reindexing,read-write index directories,fpath usage,language-element coupling.
