CMap Notebooks for LINCS 2020 Workshop

This project contains the code used during the participation at the CMap/LINCS L1000 Workshop #3 (Dec 17-18 2020). This workshop covered many aspects of computational analysis of the Connectivity Map. It combined several technical skills such as Jupyter notebooks, dockers, and GitHub code in Matlab, Python, and R.
