A minimal example that configures a Vulkan example (and all its dependencies) on Windows via vcpkg and cmake

A nim port of https://github.com/Erkaman/vulkan_minimal_compute using https://github.com/Clyybber/vulkanim. Includes validation layers. Compiles with gcc (mingw).
