Ligero Smart integrates OTRS with Elasticsearch, giving to OTRS the power of Big Data tools. This package includes System/LigeroSmart.pm which provides Search::Elasticsearch functions to Index, Search and Delete documents on Elasticsearch. It also includes a Modified version of TicketSearch, which finds use fulltext search on Elasticsearch instead of Database. Includes also a GenericInterface Invoker that sends data to Elasticsearch evertime a Ticket is changed. It includes also ElasticsearchFullTicketIndexRebuild, a console script that is intend to be used once LigeroSmart is installed, in order to make a initial index of all tickets in the system.
