slirp4netns implementation with port forwarding and IPv6 support using gvisor/netstack (forked from Cloudflare)

Trying out the `slirpnetstack` idea: create a network namespace, setting up a tun interface, use it in host, and do tcp syscalls in behalf of the guest in the host.
