A student helpdesk chatbot built using Flask, BERT, and a custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system. It answers college-related queries such as fees, exams, hostel info, scholarships, placements, and campus facilities using an FAQ knowledge base and an intelligent fallback system.
