This project focuses on the analysis of signal data collected from the Polar H10 chest strap in conjunction with the Elite HRV mobile app. The Polar H10 chest strap is a high-precision heart rate monitor, and the Elite HRV app is a valuable tool for tracking HR variability and overall health.
