The goal is to use the Text Analytics approaches to solve a problem that Human Resource managers face in their daily life, which is to find the right candidate for their company based on the job description. Therefore I tried to used TextAnalytics algorithms with python libraries like Spacy, NLTK and Genism to achieve this goal and to see the accuracy of the results.

a hobby project now turned to start-up – come from personal thought – “Big Data analytics cannot live without Search Engine “ so developed a Search Engine with built in Data Analysis tools (Voice Assistant, Word analyst, Number analyst, Image analyst). The engine now can perform a text or image search to come out Texts, Links, Contents and Images over 100.000 websites around the world with detail categories. Using Python, Multithreading and Queue, MongoDB, Mlab, Flask, JAVASCRIPT, Session and Socket, HTML and CSS together Machine Learning – Doc2vec, NLTK, GENSIM, TEXTBLOBs, indexing system and AI algorithms as well which can recognize meaning of search strings, Words in context, Location of user so can provide more correctly search results. In future expansion: developing Image searching function and will more focus on developing automation data analytics tools.
