Extension for Visual Studio Code: File system provider using SSH

Temporary fix for https://github.com/SchoofsKelvin/vscode-sshfs/issues/341

SSH FS Plus — Enhanced & maintained fork of SSH FS (vscode-sshfs) by Kelvin Schoofs. SSH file system, terminal and task provider for VS Code.

Purpose of this is using with ssh and sshfs and gaining vscode/dev-containers functionality with any IDE you desire.
