Implement signed proxy URL service and enhance sandbox endpoint handling. Updated default configurations, added expiration handling for proxy URLs, and improved error handling in OpenSandboxClientOptions. Added tests for infinite timeout option.

Initial project setup with .NET SDK for OpenSandbox, including solution structure, README files in English and Chinese, .gitignore, and basic project configurations. Added sample application and SDK for sandbox management using Docker.
