Downgrade react-native-reanimated to 3.18.x as this is the last release compatible with react-native 77.

Downgrade react-native-svg to 15.12.x as this is the last release compatible with react-native 77.

Update deps according to rnx-align-deps.

use default microsoft preset for align-deps.

Also delete gradle tmp dir, Dont trigger gradlew cleanbuild.
