Refactor and improve code.

Major changes DEV_WC-2.2.0 -> WC-2.4.0. Added new .py file, Fun, includes new command: Pokemon, changed the way changelogs are done, (both features created by hidden)

implemented: status command, user info, server info, created second user bot for personal testing, and working on a new changelog system (Thanks hidden!)

Added a verbose User Information command, working on a guild information command aswell as a spotify information command. both need work arounds. Updated version number.
