This is a simple python script which pulls the ETH.STORE (Ether Staking Offered Rate). Change the "start_day" and "end_day" parameters for your desired start and end dates. Note that "start_day = 0" is December 1, 2020 (the launch of Ethereum's Beacon Chain).
