Fix bug in last commit where some incomplete nodes were included on the line

If a node is uncompleted on the scatter graph then it id not filled in and not included on the trend line

If a module contains a piece of work that has not been completed then its node should not be filled in

Add conditionals to make sure that if a piece of work hasn't yet been completed it's force node is not filled in

Refactor code, add in auto initiation when progress is instantiated
