For a bioinformatics project at MUN, I made a video tutorial about how to use the microbiomeExplorer R package. I encountered several problems in trying to install the package, so I created a Word Doc explaining what I did at each step to solve the issues. Please note that this is what worked on my computer, and there's no guarantee that it will be the same issues on yours.
