Implement 404 template behavior

Add some extra requirements for met data and functionality to build the landing page

Remove tags property of a post, ignoring it just for now to get rid of unecessary complications

Add a note about my creativity in the README and get rid of the cmd/ogolb directory to resolve some go get issues

Add go mod stuff

Commit basic, hacky functionality - was working on it before initializing the git repository
