fix: Update index.html

update fallback to v2(multipleboards)

added version 1.0.0 of site to fallback folder, and updated README.md to reflect the changes. This commit also includes the renaming of the original index.html, script.js, and style.css files to their respective names in the fallback folder. The changes are intended to provide a backup version of the site while allowing for further development on the main branch.
