Added Textures for the enhanced crafting table

Seems to be working well except if the user tosses out the materials he can still craft 1 more.

Working on getting red square to show up when crafting receipe is not in player inventory

Revert this change cause it won't let me sync w/ changes

Updated .gitignore again trying to keep it from updating the iml file cause its different on windows/mac

Made it take items from the players inventory when an item is crafted. Doesn't repopulate the crafting result yet.

Got shadow crafting to work but dupes inventory
