Removed Astroquery pre release install in CircleCI

Updated the CI config to use the same image as main does, and restored pre-release astroquery install. Hopefully notebook will execute now. For PR #236

Tiny change to re-trigger build

Made the spectra plot share y-axis ranges across rows, rather than have a fixed value for all. Might work better now there are two columns rather than three. Final change addressing comments on PR #236 (hopefully).
