Prepare update to 0.4.1

- fixed PKGBUILD g910-gkeys-git.install for AUR #83

Fixed AUR pkgbuild and post install and upgrade script

- added compatible python versions to pyproject.toml

Raised version in README.md

Merge pull request #82 from JSubelj/dev-0.4.x

- raised the version dependency of pyusb to 1.2.1

- added cli entry point for layout config helper and changed import path in layout config helpers

- uninstall script backwards compatibility (remove service unit)

- just show the first author in pyproject.toml on -v and --version

- version and author is stored in pyproject.toml and read out via importlib.metadata

- removed config/ and added docs/ to git ignore file

- removed docs from main repo (will be keept in same location but only for use in docs repo)

- changed default log path to user home
