Added template container options.

Moved processing out of the template file.

Allow longer results container html

Decoupled the Sort button from the bottom container.

Decoupled the Deselect all button from the bottom container.

Corrected an error by changing the js library.

Ensured blank result overwritten by Drupal field setting. Added options for Facets containers. Made some progress towards getting other options to appear under settings table.
