fixed badge issues and deleted the error git ignore file

fixed require and generateMarkdown issue

changed license to list form

redid the anchor links again, got it make the link color but doesnt do anything when clicked ... not sure

changed the anchor links to reverse them and see if that works

added anchor links for readme

added a gitignore, not sure what to do with it

added the questions, readmemd outline, and got to print

added develop file
