Updated Readme to include whole assignment

Cleaned up, removed unused resources, added Tests for the Game class and modified the Game class to throw exceptions when needed, added some comments

Cleaned up some classes, added a few Unit Tests, removed reference to ic_launcher drawable and replaced it by it's own drawable, moved Classes to corresponding packages, general cleanup, added comments
