Merge pull request #1 from NOC-MSM/NAARC_NPD_MOMBUDGET

Adds a new MY_SRC directory with added and modified source files required to output momentum budgets that work. The old MY_SRC is renames to MY_SRC_NO_MOMENTUM_FIX.off for reference. xml have also been added to allow output of the momentum terms, i.e. field_def_nemo-mom.xml and file_def_nemo-mom.xml. To run with the -oce.xml files just switch the names of the context_nemo.xml files. Small omission assed to setup.sh and small added momentum trd flag to namelist_cfg.
