Final Commit for Ludum Dare 40!

- Add copyright notice

- Add Start screen

- Center the player (move the map around the payer)

Fix folder within a folder problem.

- BUG: Totums aren't firing like you'd expect

- BUG: Tab and F1 aren't showing the help screen

- Add totem count

- Remove other spells (just Totems)

- Sumon Totems

- Fix Keeper stuck instead of chasing
