Update citation

Added contributors emails.

Change authors in pyproject toml, delete unused file.

Added AUTHORS.rst file

Added scripts for extracting embeddings, finetuning, README file and tutorial as well as required source files

Added scripts for encoding the datasets and pretraining, as well as the source files needed for it. Also added some tests.

Initial commit
