feat: Completed inital design for mobile

WIP

fix: removed "downloadOnOpen" by default, feel free to add in on a site by site basis but on open of a file it causes it to jump your cursor to the top of the screen, if youre the only designer on a site thats pretty annoying lol

feat: added a base style that sets up a default font setup by the vars file

feat: added default template config file and demo sftp file for vscode

feat: initial commit of rivendell & scss structure
