This tool uses Tor & Anonsurf to perform its tasks, Please ensure that you have Anonsurf & Tor installed on your server or machine. Netphantom uses Tor for net traffic filtering & aswell auto changes your public IP for a set number of seconds between each IP change & for a set number of times for the IP to change.
