Refresh stale data on page revisit - add usePageVisible to 8 data-fetching pages so they re-fetch fresh data when user navigates back while preserving all UI state (filters, search, scroll, expanded items)

Harden error handling across all 13 client pages - add res.ok checks on 40+ fetch calls, fix audit search deps bug, fix editor save variable, fix audio-studio blob URL leak, add try/catch on sessions/pipelines/scheduled/connectors/files CRUD ops. Build clean.
