Python with uv doesn't have a native support to use already implemented templates for create projects, likely, for example, NestJs cli do. So, I'm creating this template of API using FastAPI, Ruff, Pytest, Docker and CLI config with some dummy classes using the Clean Architecture principles to create the folders structures.
