Remove whitespaces after COMODO RSA Cert

3.74 OFW did not add 2 certs, it updated 2 certs - This one time I did it manually and it was an update instead of adding new certificates :)

Include the 2 certs that were added with 3.74 OFW

Removed IdenTrust DST X3 as its expired and will never be renewed again.

Updated and fixed certs order - Wikipedia, usatoday, reuters and 200 million other websites will now work perfectly!

Also include default certificates - so PSStore works also

Make updated certs to be same format as psvita

Update certs.cer - 2022 certs also double the amount
